Yes — standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans are all available one-time at the flat rates above. Most one-time clients end up on a recurring plan once they see the discount, but there is never any obligation.
Kitchens (counters, appliance exteriors, sink, stove top), bathrooms (tub, shower, toilet, mirrors, counters), all floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting of reachable surfaces, beds made, and trash emptied throughout. Deep cleans add baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, inside appliances, and detailed scrubbing.
